Vitamins, Fish Oil, and Birth Control Pills?
I take a One-a-Day multivitamin everyday, for the past 2 years, but am thinking of switching to a prenatal vitamin since I have a slight iron deficiency (which makes me tired and pale if I’m off my vitamins for more than a week) and I heard taking a prenatal vitamin for up to a year before getting pregnant is good for your health and decreases your chances of miscarriage (which I am highly susceptible to). First thing I want to know is: Which is the best prenatal vitamin out there (a specific name or company that makes it). Second thing I would like to know is which fish oil brand is the best and also, is it safe to take fish oil while on birth control pills? Thanks!
I love a good london broil, but it is expensive these days, plus the link between red meat and breast cancer scares me, since I have the gene that causes breast and ovarian cancers :-
I take a once a day vitamin and 2 omega complex (omega 3-6-9) pills by Natures bounty but I also work out the prenatal pills don’t know that much about (I’m a guy) Have you tried eating more red meat (don’t mean to offend if your a vegetarian) But it helps with iron and protein and adds a kick in your love life
Can you get pregnant with Prenatal Pills?
I was wondering if you can get pregnant by taking prenatal vitamins?
If not what would be a best way to get pregnant? Can you please let me know when and how would be the best ways to get Pregnant?
I know yu cant get pregnant with pills… but the question is can they help me get pregnant faster?
You get pregnant by having sex. Prenatal vitamins aren’t meant to get you pregnant- they are meant to make your body healthier before you become pregnant and once you already are pregnant. You take them to give your baby the best start possible. When trying to get pregnant, get an ovulation predictor kit and have sex around the time you ovulate each month. If you are still unsuccessful after one year of trying, then you can see a fertility specialist.
